If you do choose to pay via bank transfer can you please let us know once paid and we’ll double check bank, and issue you confirmation. Don’t panic if you inadvertently pay our old account that’s fine, it’s still active, just let us know and we will transfer the money across to our new business account.

Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay with us, we hope you enjoy your stay.  Please find detailed below the terms and conditions in respect of our CL.

Your agreement is with Grange Farm Holiday Breaks and its owners.  References to “we”, “us” and “our” relate to Grange Farm Holiday Breaks and its owners.  References to “you” relate to you, as the person making this booking, and to every member of your party.

You must be a current member of the Caravan & Motorhome Club to book a pitch with us and membership number must be provided upon booking.  We are an adult only CL and everyone staying on site or visiting you must be aged 18 or over.

Minimum booking is 2 nights, this is new for 2024, previously our minimum period was 3 nights, but after several guests requested, we decided to adjust our terms to meet client needs.

Pitch fees do not include electricity charges. If you choose to hook up, you will be charged for the amount of electricity consumed, this will only be charged at the rate we incur,  RATES ARE NOT INFLATED and settlement is due on your departure.

The grey waste drains should not be used for washing machines etc, the soak aways are not designed for such appliances.

A non-refundable deposit equivalent to two nights or 20% of the total cost will be required for all bookings, payable upon booking.

The balance of your pitch fee is payable two days prior to arrival.

Arrival is from 12.30pm onwards and departure is prior to 12.00pm.  Early arrivals/late stays may be available on the day and maybe subject to a £5 charge.

Awnings with groundsheets must be pitched on your hardstanding with your car parked in front of your awning/caravan.
Awnings and canapoies without the use of a groundsheet may be erected on the grass on smaller pitches.

Windbreak type dog enclosures are not permitted on the grass.

A maximum of two well behaved dogs are welcome, free of charge, (extra dogs with advanced permission) but should be kept on a lead at all times whilst on site, except in any specifically designated area. PLEASE clean up after your dog(s) and use the bins provided.

Please do not dispose of any unwanted/broken items (e.g. chairs etc) or large packaging such as cardboard from new items.

We reserve the right to refuse acceptance or to request departure from site of any person whose conduct is deemed to be detrimental to us or other guests.

We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time.

Cancellation Policy

If we have to cancel your booking prior to arrival, we will either refund in full any payments made or transfer your booking to a future date subject to availability.

Coronavirus (or any other pandemic)  If we are forced to close our site again, our preference would be to transfer any deposits to a future booking.  However, if this is not suitable, we would refund the deposit subject to a £5 administration fee.

By making a booking either online via our website, by telephone or email and paying a deposit, you signify your agreement with our cancellation policy as detailed in the following:

Deposits are non-refundable.

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your stay, the pitch will be released for re-let immediately.  If cancelled within 2 months of your arrival date and we are unable to re-let any/all of your nights booked, payment for these nights will be required. However, if the pitch is re-let the deposit may then be transferred to another date. If we decide to refund any other prepaid amounts, refunds will be made less any charges we have incurred during in respect of your booking, e.g. card charges.

We strongly advise you to take appropriate travel insurance to cover this eventuality. 

No refund will be given for any unused nights due to late arrival or early departure.

Illness, inclement weather etc resulting in cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure is not the responsibility of Grange Farm.

Privacy Policy

Grange Farm Holiday Breaks collect personal information for the purpose of processing bookings on the caravan site.  Personal information such as names, address, telephone numbers and email address are stored for a maximum of three years.

Financial information is stored for a maximum of seven years in accordance with accounting procedures. After such period data is securely destroyed.

Our website includes social media features which may collect your IP address.  Social media features are hosted by a third party. Our website also contains links to other websites.  When using these links and leaving our site Grange Farm Holiday Breaks cannot be responsible for the privacy of any information you provide.

We are committed to ensuring your data is kept securely.

Data is never used for marketing purposes and is not shared with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
