Downstairs, each cottage has an open plan living cum dining area with a fully fitted kitchen. In each lounge there is a three piece suite, dining furniture, coffee tables and a colour TV with Freeview, DVD, Radio, and CD player. There are games and books.
Outside the cottages is the shared garden, garden furniture and barbeque area - ideal for relaxing during the warmer months.
The barn is a few steps away and here you will find the laundry facility. This is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. They are free of charge to cottage residents. There is a small charge to caravan visitors for usage. There is an iron and board and outside drying lines. Also in the barn you will find the farm Tourist Information Area.
Via another door into the barn there is a secure store for cycles, fishing tackle and mobility scooters. Electric sockets are available for charging batteries. The bait fridge is in here.
This area also provides a drying area, with a de-humidifyer to deal with wet walking, cycling and fishing gear.
The cottages are usually let on an individual basis, accommodating 3-4 people. They can be booked together for larger groups if required, however, they are not interlinked.
Your cottage will be available from 15:00 on the first day and you are asked to depart by 10:00 on your last day.
Do you hate being separated from your pets and worry when they are in kennels? Why not bring them with you? We have been host to dogs, cats, guinea pigs and a budgie to date. All we ask is that you bring their beds, cages, leads etc and ensure they are house trained. We would ask that they remain downstairs and are not left alone unless caged. We have designated bins for "poo bags".
If you need to keep in touch with the outside world, newspapers can be delivered, just give your order details on the booking form. Please pay the paper lady direct.
The cottages are fully equipped and we provide all linens, towels, heating and cleaning materials.

We are pleased that East Lindsey District Council, is the top council in England for recycling household waste and has provided recycling bins. Notices give full details of what is allowed in each bin.
The grey bin is for paper and cardboard, some plastics and steel and aluminium cans.
At the cottages there is also a green bin for green waste such as peelings.
The usual black bins are for general household waste.
We separate glass and take this to our local recycling bins.
For more general information on recycling, please visit recyclenow.com.
